The New Pornographers Concert Live at Lulu's Downtown | Colorado Springs
Imagine catching The New Pornographers Colorado Springs at a venue with real history and character, Lulu's Downtown is just that kind of place. This spot has seen some pretty wild moments, like when a certain legendary actor made an unannounced appearance back in 1973, giving the place a bit of that legendary glow. Fast forward to recent years, Lulu's teamed up with a local charity and managed to raise over fifty thousand dollars with benefit concerts, proving it’s more than just a concert hall, it’s part of the community fabric. Awarded the title of 'Premier Performance Spot' in 2014 by a well-known city magazine, Lulu's really cares about keeping the arts alive and kicking. The vibe is relaxed and inviting, with mid-level seats offering great views and comfy spots to settle in, while the standing room only section makes sure everyone can get close and feel the energy. It’s conveniently located just a ten-minute walk west from the railway station, and if you’ve got kids, it’s perfect for a post-visit to the discovery center.
